Rosacea is a skin disease where the facial skin turns red and pustules form. Exposure to the sun and even hot climate are one of the variants that add to this disease.
One of the main ways of reducing the intensity of Rosacea is to avoid the strong direct rays of sunlight on your face. Thus sun-block cream with a minimum of 30 UVA and UVB protection should be applied on revealing surfaces and on sunny days, one may perhaps use a hat as well. There are chances of these spots reoccurring and the same course of medication may be taken again.
